The primary function of the Office of the Deputy Corporate Manager for Technical Services is to render services and provide technical support for projects and for the rest of the subsidiaries and investees of FCC Construcción.

To perform this function, it has technicians who are expert in every civil engineering and building speciality and have trained with the finest specialists in the engineering and building technology market. What this office furnishes, then, for government and private clients alike, is added value in terms of trustworthiness and professionalism.

To ensure that there are no irregularities in the company's technical work, the Office of the Deputy Corporate Manager for Technical Services coordinates the functions of all the zone technical managers and all the office and zone technicians who share the same activities, in whatever geographical sphere is closest to the site.
